The Who: Roger Daltrey - voz, Pete Townshend - guitarra/voz , John Entwistle - baixo e o maravilhosamente alucinado Keith Moon na bateria.

Em 1969, Pete Townshend finalizou Tommy que ganhou, em 1975, versão cinematográfica de Ken Russell com Oliver Reed, Ann-Margret, Jack Nicholson e um time de estrelas do rock como o próprio Who, Tina Turner, Elton John e Eric Clapton.

Sobre Woodstock, Roger Daltrey declarou: “The thing that saved us was the sun coming up. When I sang 'See Me, Feel Me' the sun peeked over the back of the crowd. It was the best light show we could ever have had”.

E Pete Townshend, há algum tempo, quando perguntado sobre como fazia aquele movimento rotatório com o braço direito, respondeu singelamente que gostava de jogar boliche.
